- A paddler for six years, I’ve been on two different teams in two of Canada’s largest dragon boat communities. My first time getting in a boat was with Vancouver- based Team Vortex, as one of the original members in 2001. I paddled with them for four seasons, before moving to Toronto, and founding the JETAA Toronto Fighting Carps in May 2006.
